In this interview with Rosa Canelos, an indigenous woman from the Kichwa people of Pastaza and Director of the “Women, Family and Territory” program of the Sacha Warmi Foundation in Ecuador, Rosa talks about the perspective of indigenous women towards nature conservation, including the life of their territory and the cultural and spiritual connection of their people with nature. This interview was conducted during the III Congress of Protected Areas of Latin America and the Caribbean (CAPLAC), in Lima (Peru) in October 2019.
